Submitting Guideline for Authors and Artists

• • All fics must be beta-read prior to submission.
  • Submit your fic or art to the fest collection on AO3 which you can find (HERE) on or before 15th September.
  • PLEASEe-mail us if you are unable to post. There are no penalties for dropping out. We understand that life happens.
  • Once you have submitted your work, please complete the header below and e-mail it to hpdaddyfest@gmail.com. This will be used to link people on Tumblr, LJ and DW to your fic on AO3. The ‘Excerpt’ section will be used for Tumblr posting only, but you may send us a graphic instead if you would rather. If you thank your beta by name in your A/N, we will redact it until author reveals to protect everyone’s anonymity.

  • One work will be revealed daily on AO3, with the headers being posted to Tumblr, LJ and DW shortly after.
  • There will be a weekly wrap-up of revealed submissions, as well as a fest wrap-up when all submissions have been revealed. A week later, the author reveals will be posted.
  • The fest is anonymous so please do not post your submissions to your own accounts on any platform. Please refrain from responding to comments until author reveals. Reblogging and sharing of submissions is highly encouraged, but as the fest is anonymous we encourage and require secrecy as to the creator of each submission.
  • If you have submitted your fic and wish to claim an additional prompt, please email the mods.
