• Please ensure you check your prompt number before signing up as some numbers may have shifted since they were viewed. New prompts are also available towards the end of the list, to ensure a variety of prompts to suit different tastes.
• You may claim a prompt from the list or state that you wish to create for your own idea. Claiming/Sign-ups will be open until the 15th July.
• Each prompt can be claimed TWICE. Once for FIC and once for ART.
• You can sign up as a team, whether as collaborating authors, artists or author/artist. Please just include details of all collaborators in the sign-up.
• We will be updating the prompt list periodically to mark off already claimed prompts. Prompts will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. It is possible that a prompt will appear to be available when we already have a request for it waiting to be processed. Due to this, we ask you to choose your top three prompts in order of preference, so that we can assign your second or third choice if the others are taken.
• We will be sending out confirmation e-mails assuring you of your participation in the fest and confirming which prompt you will be creating for. These will be sent out according to mod availability, but you should hear back within 48 hours max. You will be required to respond to this e-mail to confirm your address and prompt.
• You may claim additional prompts when your first piece is completed. If you wish to claim additional prompts please submit your work to the Ao3 collection and if you wish to select another prompt send an email with the prompt you wish to claim next to hpdaddyfest@gmail.com.

Timeline:
Prompting: May 1st - May 29th
Signups and claiming: June 1st - July 15th
Submissions due: September 15th
Posting begins: October 1st
